In our evolution over 16 years from a simple ad agency to behaviour change company we have learnt that to effect permanent, life changing behaviour we must dig far deeper into what makes people do what they do – the barriers and the motivators to their behaviour.
We often use the example that if normal marketing is about getting a person to choose one brand of soap over another; behaviour change is about getting people to wash in the first place.
We have found that the best way to showcase our services is through the delineation between traditional media and digital services.
