Nambawan Super – Papua New Guinea

Previously a superannuation fund for just government workers, we made the PNG community see that Nambawan Super was ‘for everyone’ and helped Nambawan grow to be PNG’s #1 superannuation fund.

The behaviour:

People thought that Nambawan Super was regarded as a sleepy old fashioned fund just for government workers and the community had some trust and confidence issues.

The change:

We made 90% of the community aware that Nambawan was PNG’s leading super fund for all PNG workers, providing a feeling of trust that Nambawan is keeping their retirement savings safe and protected.
