Inspiring change

We believe in inspiring change willingly, and for good.

Our work focuses on using behaviour change principles to help people and organisations to change for good, good for themselves or good for society, and good as in permanent - not a ‘one off’ action.

Our client screening policy is our commitment to our values.

Under certain limited circumstances

All projects The Shannon Company engages in focus on helping people change for good. This can mean working with clients that participate in elements on our negative screening list only on the condition that we are assisting them to move away from these industries. For example, assisting a company to move away from fossil fuel dependency, to a 100% renewable energy solution.

Should there be any ambiguity, our leadership team will take the project under advisement and weigh up the benefits of the project to the individual, business and society as a whole before going ahead.

Screening criteria for evaluating potential clients:

  • client’s industry
  • motivation for approaching us
  • client’s ESG practices and potential negative impact
  • analysis of stakeholder issues and concerns
  • Client’s values and purpose
